Le Centre Orphelinat Étoile du Matin a été fondé en 1950 par le Révérend Dr RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO. Il avait une vision claire : créer un centre pour les enfants orphelins, inspiré par sa propre histoire. Ayant perdu sa mère à l’âge de deux ans, il connaissait profondément la souffrance de grandir sans affection maternelle.
Après son décès, la direction du centre a été reprise par son fils aîné, le Révérend Dr Ny Ony RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO, et son épouse Charlotte. Aujourd’hui, c’est sa petite-fille, Mme Voanio RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO, et son mari Christian, qui dirigent le centre avec amour et dévouement.
Au fil des années, de nombreux jeunes issus de l’Étoile du Matin ont réussi dans la vie : médecins, ingénieurs en BTP, ingénieurs en informatique, pasteurs, enseignants, ou encore entrepreneurs à la tête de leurs propres entreprises.
Actuellement, le centre accueille 35 enfants et jeunes, qui y vivent à plein temps. Ils bénéficient d’un hébergement, d’une éducation, de repas quotidiens, de soins médicaux et de vêtements, dans un cadre sécurisé et bienveillant.
The Étoile du Matin Orphanage Center was founded in 1950 by Rev. Dr. RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO. He had a vision to establish a center for orphaned children after overcoming personal hardships. Having lost his mother at just two years old, he deeply understood the pain of growing up without parental care.
After his passing, the leadership of the center was handed over to his eldest son, Rev. Dr. Ny Ony RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO, and his wife Charlotte. Today, the center is run with love and dedication by his granddaughter, Mme Voanio RAKOTOBE ANDRIAMARO, and her husband Christian.
Over the years, many young people have grown up at Étoile du Matin and gone on to become doctors, civil engineers, IT engineers, pastors, teachers, and entrepreneurs who own their own businesses.
Currently, the center cares for 35 children and youth, providing them with a home, education, food, medical care, and clothing,all in a nurturing and secure environment.
